The diatomite inorganic membrane filter uses diatomite inorganic membrane filter discs as the filter unit. It is mainly used for sterile filtration and precision filtration of liquids. The diatomite inorganic membrane filter disc is sintered from high-quality pure natural diatomite. The core structure is dense and orderly, with good physical stability and efficient permeability. It has no pollution to the filtrate and can effectively remove particles below 0.2 microns. Diatomite inorganic membrane has the advantages of flat membrane, but also has its own advantages. The average life of diatomite inorganic membrane is 3-5 years. It does not need to replace the diaphragm frequently, the operating cost is greatly reduced, and the operation condition is good.

Constructed with food-grade SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, the equipment operates efficiently at temperatures up to 140°C. It can safely handle a forward working pressure between 0 and 0.35 MPa. It also exhibits excellent resistance to high temperatures, wear, pressure, and general acids and alkalis (excluding strong acids and alkalis).
The diatomite inorganic membrane filter features a highly optimized and reasonable structure. Its physical volume is only 1/2 to 1/3 the size of a standard plate and frame filter that has the same filtration area and flow rate, allowing it to occupy a much smaller footprint in your facility.
