Structural Design

The fully automatic filter cloth walking filter press adopts a modular design concept, and its main body is composed of filter plates, filter frames, hydraulic system and transmission device. The filter plates are usually of chamber type or diaphragm type structure. The chamber type filter plate forms a filter chamber through grooves, which is suitable for conventional materials; the diaphragm type filter plate has a built-in rubber membrane, which can perform secondary extrusion to improve the dryness of the filter cake.

The overall structure of the equipment mainly includes the following parts:

  • Filtration system: This is the core component to realize solid-liquid separation, which is composed of filter cloth and diaphragm. The filter cloth acts as a filter medium, and the diaphragm is used for secondary extrusion and dehydration of the filter cake.
  • Hydraulic system: It includes hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, oil pipe and other components, providing the required pressure for the operation of the equipment, which is used to compress the filter plates to form a sealed filter space between the filter plates, ensuring the smooth progress of the filtration process.
  • Transmission system: It is responsible for driving the filter cloth to move, which is the unique feature of the fully automatic filter cloth walking filter press. Through precise control, the filter cloth can reciprocate in the equipment according to the set program, realizing the automatic unloading of the filter cake and the automatic cleaning of the filter cloth.
