Yu Wei offers complete filter press dewatering systems mounted on skid or trailer. It includes a filter press, feed pump, if required, small slurry tank if required, interconnecting pipes, valves, gauges, fittings from the filter press inlet to the filter press feed pump outlet, which will be mounted on an appropriate precast steel frame.
Our controls are fully integrated into the gravity deck. The operator can adjust belt speed, sludge pump speed and polymer concentration, as well as adjust the timer, etc., on the gravity platform or the main operation panel.

The system is integrated with a centralized PLC control cabinet that manages the entire operation seamlessly. Once the system is connected to your power supply and feed line, it automatically executes the full sequence: closing the plates, high-pressure feeding, secondary membrane squeezing, compressed air blowing (to further dry the cake), and automatic plate shifting for discharge. Sensors monitor the process in real-time, making it suitable for completely unattended, automated operation.

Because the system is pre-piped and pre-wired on the skid, installation is highly simplified. You generally only need to provide a main electrical power connection, a primary slurry feed line, a compressed air source for the membrane squeeze and cake-blowing functions, and a drain or discharge point for the filtrate. Once these connections are made to the terminal points on the skid, the machine is ready for immediate production.
