The high-flux cartridge filter has abandoned the melt-blown PP filter element used in the traditional filter, and used the high-flow PP folding filter cartridge. The discharge water of the single large flow filter cartridge can reach 50m3/h. The micro pore filter mainly solves the problem of the material outside the machine through the upper main filtration area fast filtration, the middle or the bottom of the auxiliary filtration area can filter the machine residual material once, to avoid the material of the upper and lower batch number "mixed batch" is especially important for fine chemical or pharmaceutical factory.

Instead of traditional melt-blown PP filter elements, this equipment utilizes a high-flow PP folding filter cartridge. This allows a single large flow filter cartridge to achieve a water discharge rate of up to 50m³/h. This design facilitates faster filtration through the upper main area and allows the middle or bottom auxiliary areas to filter residual materials, preventing "mixed batches" which is especially critical for pharmaceutical and fine chemical factories.
Depending on the specific model (ranging from YWDTL-1 up to YWDTL-20), the system can support 1 to 20 cartridges, delivering a maximum flow rate of 20 to 400 tons per hour (t/h). The standard designed working pressure across these models is between 0.1 and 0.5 Mpa (with a maximum designed pressure of 1 Mpa).
Yes, the large flow filter system is designed for ease of use. It incorporates an ergonomic installation handle at the end of the filter element, meaning no extra special tools are required for installation or disassembly. Additionally, it features a unique rotary lock design that provides a highly reliable mechanical seal.
The high-flux filter features a highly compact, outside-to-inside flow design that utilizes fewer cartridges overall. As a result, this large flow filter takes up only about half the space of standard filter cartridge systems offered by competitors.

It is heavily applied in precision filtration for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.
