Motor Power : 2.2-4KW
Quick Open Chamber Filter Press is equipped with extended cylinder and beam, using S.S.chain(or slide) for each filter plate connection, to make all the filter plate opening at the same time while pressing platewithdrawing, with vibration device assembled for quick unload and discharge material automatically.

The biggest advantage of opening the box filter press at one time is the fast pulling speed. Cooperate with the automatic vibrating device to realize the vibration-assisted unloading function for the filter plates pulled apart at an equal distance, which can realize automatic unloading.Compact structure, labor-saving, high degree of automation.

The "once-open" chamber filter press is designed for maximum discharge efficiency. In standard filter presses, plates are moved one by one, which is labor-intensive and time-consuming. This model features a specialized linkage or drive mechanism that allows the filter plates to be opened simultaneously or in large groups. This drastically reduces the time required to unload the filter cakes, significantly increasing production throughput and reducing operator labor.
After the filtration cycle finishes and the hydraulic pressure is released, the plate-shifting system—often powered by a chain, gear, or hydraulic drive—activates. This mechanism pulls the plate stack apart in a single motion (or rapid sequential groups). The filter cakes, held between the plates, are then released by gravity almost instantaneously across the entire filter area.
No, the "once-open" feature is an efficiency upgrade specifically for the unloading phase; it has no negative impact on the filtration phase. The machine still utilizes the same robust hydraulic pressing force and high-strength reinforced polypropylene (PP) plates to ensure the slurry is thoroughly dehydrated. You achieve the same high-precision solid-liquid separation and low moisture content in your filter cake as you would with a standard chamber filter press.
This model is ideal for high-capacity, heavy-duty industrial environments where downtime for cake discharge must be kept to an absolute minimum. It is widely used in municipal sewage treatment, chemical engineering, coal washing, mining, and metallurgy—industries that handle massive volumes of solids and require consistent, high-frequency filtration cycles.
Because the plate-shifting system is the most active part of the machine, maintenance should prioritize:
Lubrication: Regularly grease the shifting chains, gear racks, or guide rails to prevent friction and ensure smooth movement.
Alignment: Periodically check that the plates remain correctly aligned on the frame beams to prevent binding or asymmetrical wear.
Drive Inspection: Inspect the plate-shifting motor and transmission components for any signs of strain or misalignment, as consistent synchronicity is vital for the "once-open" function to operate reliably over its long service life.
