PA/PE micropore filter is a high precision rating of fine filtration equipment. The filter mainly uses PA/PE micropore filter cartridge sintered from macromolecular materials as the filter medium, with high filtration precision rating, the filter element can be regenerated and long lifespan. The PA/PE micropore filter adopts a fully enclosed filtration method, and it can equipped with pneumatic valves and PLC, which has a high degree of automation compared with ordinary filter.
"The filter generally does not drain the residue, but mainly intercepts impurities and returns the thick slurry. The viscosity of the material is preferabl y lower than 30CP and not too sticky. Solid content less than 0.5%."
PA/PE micropore filter (microporous precision filter) is the process of separating solid particles from fluid. The basic principle is: under the action of pressure difference, the solid-liquid and gas-solid two-phase mixture is forced through the porous medium (Filter tube), solid particles are trapped on the medium, so as to achieve the purpose of separation of liquid gas and solid.
The polymer PE sintered pipe uses high-quality ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene as the main raw material, and the product is pure white. The PA microporous filter tube is made of composite materials such as activated carbon fibers of the corresponding mesh number added to the PE material, and the product is pure black. The temperature resistance of PE filter cartridge is 80℃, and that of PA filter cartridge is 120 °C.

The PE (Polyethylene) filter cartridge is made from pure white, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and has a maximum temperature resistance of 80°C. The PA filter cartridge is pure black, made from a composite of PE material and activated carbon fibers, and can withstand higher temperatures up to 120°C.
The filtration accuracy can reach up to 0.1μm. During operation, particles larger than 0.3μm are filtered out immediately, while particles smaller than 0.3μm require a short run time to form an initial filter layer before being effectively trapped.
The filter is designed with a fully enclosed automatic system featuring a pneumatic slag discharge port at the bottom. This design allows for fast gas backflushing, which effectively removes the trapped residue (slag) and regenerates the filter element at the same time, making cleaning convenient and fast.
The equipment is best suited for liquids with a solid content of less than 0.5% and a viscosity lower than 30CP (not excessively sticky). The filter elements possess excellent chemical stability, offering strong resistance to acids, alkalis, aldehydes, and aliphatic hydrocarbons, and can handle organic solvents like ester ketones and ethers at temperatures below 80°C.
It is heavily utilized in the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and fine chemical sectors. Common applications include the precision filtration of powdered activated carbon, Chinese herbal medicines, syrups, oral and injection liquids, fruit juices, soy sauce, as well as the separation of catalysts and iron sludge in chemical production.
