Basic Product Introduction
Closed Plate Filter (Leaf Filter) is a high-efficiency, fully enclosed solid-liquid separation equipment, whose core structure consists of a number of vertically or horizontally aligned filter leaves, which is suitable for the filtration of materials with high solids content, viscous or containing fine particles, and is especially suitable for processes that require airtight operation, washing or drying of filter cake.
Product Filtration Principle
The filter is based on pressurized filtration and cake layer filtration technology.
The material to be filtered enters the airtight tank under the action of pump pressure, the liquid is driven by the pressure through the filter mesh or pre-coated filter aid layer covered on the surface of the filter leaves, and the solid particles are retained to form the filter cake layer.
As the filtration proceeds, the cake layer itself also becomes the filtering medium, which can effectively intercept the finer particles and realize deep filtration. For materials with high precision requirements, diatomaceous earth and other filter aids can be pre-coated on the surface of the filter leaves to form a uniform porous filter layer, and filter aids are continuously added during the process to maintain a smooth filtration channel.
After the filtration is completed, the system presses the residual material back to the raw material tank by compressed air, then blows the filter cake dry by steam, and finally discharges the dried filter cake by compressed air blowback and mechanical vibration.
Product structure
The main body of the filter is composed of shell, filter mesh, cover structure, automatic slag discharge device, etc. It can also be customized according to the different filtration media to complete the filtration system (including the filter mainframe and filter aid stirring and mixing tanks, conveying pumps, pipelines, valves, electrical control, etc.), of which the filter mesh is composed of multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh, installed in the center of the collector pipe, it is very convenient to dismantle and clean up.

- According to the requirement of filtration precision, choose different precision filter components, which can be used as coarse or fine filtration.
- The filtration does not need consumables (such as filter paper, filter cloth), but adopts stainless steel filtration components, which is durable and consumes only a small amount of filter aid, so the filtration cost is very low;
- Automatic dregs draining, press the button of dregs draining, the dregs draining port will be opened automatically, and the dregs can be removed automatically and conveniently, so the labor intensity can be greatly reduced;
- The sealing ring made of Viton can be used for filtration up to 200°C;
