The Yuwei disc vacuum filter is a high-efficiency continuous solid-liquid separation equipment powered by vacuum negative pressure. Optimized for high-density and fast-settling slurry conditions of iron concentrate, non-ferrous metal concentrates and other mineral materials, it is widely applied in non-metallic minerals, coal washing, chemical industry and environmental sludge dewatering scenarios, serving as the preferred core equipment for large-scale mineral dewatering processing.
Targeting the common drawbacks of traditional filters including low efficiency, high cake moisture and high operation & maintenance costs, this equipment features outstanding optimized advantages:
Adopting a modular multi-disc layout with 4-8 filter discs per unit, it achieves a unit area processing capacity of 1.2t/h·㎡ and a maximum daily output of 2000 tons. The processing efficiency is over 30% higher than traditional filters, fully meeting the continuous production demands of large-scale mineral processing plants.
Equipped with a zoned continuous dewatering process, it stably reduces the moisture content of conventional mineral filter cakes to below 12%, and as low as 9.8% for coarse-grained iron concentrates. It effectively improves concentrate grade and cuts costs for transportation and smelting energy consumption.
Core components are made of wear-resistant and anti-corrosion materials for extended service life. The optimized sealing structure reduces vacuum leakage rate and energy consumption. It is compatible with various slurries with a pH value of 2-12, solid concentration of 20%-65% and particle size of 200-400 mesh, delivering excellent working condition compatibility.
It integrates a fully closed-loop automatic process including feeding, filtering, dewatering, cake discharging and cloth cleaning, supporting remote management and greatly reducing manual intervention and operational errors.
The vertical modular layout reduces floor space by 40% compared with traditional filter presses under the same processing capacity, saving infrastructure and site costs.
Designed with modularization, high wear resistance and easy maintenance, all core components are specially optimized to adapt to the high-wear and continuous operation conditions of mines, ensuring high stability and long service life.
Assembled with multiple high-strength engineering plastic fan-shaped filter segments, the filter disc features high structural strength, large porosity and excellent filtrate permeability, with a service life 1-1.5 times longer than traditional products. Equipped with high-smoothness polyester/nylon filter cloth, it delivers reliable particle interception, anti-clogging performance and high cake discharge rate. The filter cloth can be replaced according to material characteristics to adapt to diverse working conditions. The integral modular assembly enables convenient disassembly, replacement and maintenance.
Equipped with a precise guidance structure, it controls the filter disc deflection within 2mm to ensure stable operation. Adopting the combined discharging mode of air back-blowing + flexible scraper assistance, it achieves thorough cake removal. Compared with pure mechanical scraping, this design greatly reduces filter cloth wear and prolongs accessory service life. The integrated automatic high-pressure cloth cleaning system realizes on-line filter cloth regeneration for long-term efficient operation.

It is mainly used for solid-liquid separation and dewatering of iron ore concentrate, copper ore, lead-zinc ore, non-ferrous metal concentrate, non-metallic ore, coal washing slurry and mine industrial sludge. It is specially designed for high-density and fast-settling mineral slurry.
The moisture content of conventional mineral filter cake can be stably controlled below 12%, and as low as 9.8% for coarse-grained iron ore concentrate.
The processing capacity reaches 1.2t/h·㎡, and the maximum daily output is up to 2000 tons, which fully meets the production demand of large mineral processing plants.
The main shaft adopts stepless speed regulation with a standard speed range of 0.5~1.0 r/min, which can be adjusted flexibly according to slurry concentration and particle size.
Equipped with professional guiding structure, the deflection of filter disc is controlled within 2mm for stable operation.
With reinforced structure and transmission system, it supports 24/7 uninterrupted operation for large-scale industrial production.
