The Yuwei disc vacuum filter is a high-efficiency continuous solid-liquid separation equipment powered by vacuum negative pressure. Core Component Structure

1. Filter Disc

Assembled with multiple high-strength engineering plastic fan-shaped filter segments, the filter disc features high structural strength, large porosity and excellent filtrate permeability, with a service life 1-1.5 times longer than traditional products. Equipped with high-smoothness polyester/nylon filter cloth, it delivers reliable particle interception, anti-clogging performance and high cake discharge rate. The filter cloth can be replaced according to material characteristics to adapt to diverse working conditions. The integral modular assembly enables convenient disassembly, replacement and maintenance.

2. Main Shaft & Air Distribution Device

  • Main Shaft Assembly: Adopting a thick-walled seamless steel pipe main body, the shaft features high rigidity and anti-torsion deformation capacity with a design service life of over 10 years. Ceramic composite wear-resistant filtrate pipes are evenly arranged circumferentially, extending the service life 2-3 times compared with traditional steel pipes. The flange-free integral welding structure eliminates 90% of potential air leakage points and ensures excellent vacuum tightness. The high-precision wear-resistant cast iron friction disc at the end adapts to long-term rotary sealing operation.
  • Air Distribution Head: Symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides with a high-precision end face sealing structure, the distributor features internally divided independent zones. It automatically switches vacuum, back-blow and cleaning circuits to avoid air and liquid cross leakage, ensuring accurate, continuous and stable filtration operation.

3. Guidance & Discharging Device

Equipped with a precise guidance structure, it controls the filter disc deflection within 2mm to ensure stable operation. Adopting the combined discharging mode of air back-blowing + flexible scraper assistance, it achieves thorough cake removal. Compared with pure mechanical scraping, this design greatly reduces filter cloth wear and prolongs accessory service life. 4. Auxiliary Core Systems

  • Tank Assembly: Welded with high-quality steel plates, the tank features high rigidity and tightness. Equipped with overflow, sewage discharge and cake discharge ports, it stably controls slurry liquid level and facilitates daily cleaning and maintenance.
  • Frequency Conversion Stirring Device: Driven by an independent variable-speed system with two-speed automatic shifting, it adapts to fast-settling minerals.
