Filtration pressure : ≤0.6Mpa
Plate Shiting : Manual hydraulic
Filter Plate Size : 380-700mm
Manual Hydraulic Chamber Filter Press consists of a hydraulic pump and a piston. Installing the filter plate and filter cloth in sequence, turn the one-way valve clockwise, press the handle up and down, and the piston rod presses the filter plate until the pointer of the pressure gauge reaches the maximum. Simplified structure, small size, easy to move. Easy to operate, and strong versatility. No need power supply, economy. It is mainly used for small scale enterprises and laboratories with less filtration materials.

This model is ideal for small-scale operations because it offers an affordable entry point into high-efficiency solid-liquid separation without the high maintenance and complexity of fully automated PLC-driven systems. It provides the same reliable filtration precision as larger industrial machines but is built on a compact, robust frame, making it perfectly suited for laboratories, pilot plants, small-batch chemical production, and artisanal food/beverage processing.
Unlike automatic machines that use electric motors to close the plates, this system utilizes a manual hydraulic pump (hand-pumped). The operator pulls the lever to generate hydraulic pressure in the cylinder, which extends the ram to push and compress the filter plate stack tightly together. This ensures a secure, leak-proof seal for the filtration chamber. Once filtration is done, a manual release valve is opened to slowly retract the ram and allow for cake discharge.
The filter plates are typically made of reinforced polypropylene (PP). Polypropylene is the industry standard for this application because it is lightweight, structurally stable, and exhibits excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalis, and solvents. This ensures the equipment remains durable even when filtering aggressive or highly concentrated chemical slurries.
Yes, it is modular. While the model is designed for small-scale output, you can still adjust the number of filter plates based on your specific batch size. If your production volume increases slightly, you can simply add a few more filter plates and frames (up to the maximum capacity of the frame beam) to expand the total filtration area without needing to purchase a new machine.
Maintenance is straightforward and cost-effective. Key tasks include keeping the manual hydraulic pump clean and checking the hydraulic fluid levels periodically to ensure smooth plate movement. Additionally, users should clean the filter cloths after each batch and ensure the sealing edges of the filter plates are free of debris before tightening the stack to prevent potential leaks. Because there are no complex electronic components or automated sensors, the machine is extremely reliable and easy for a single operator to maintain.
