At July 14, 2024, Yuwei Factory hosted an customers from Tunisia for an in-depth syrup testing and filtration demonstration. This visit marked a pivotal moment in our journey towards excellence in machine manufacturing, particularly in the domain of filtration technology.







The first stage of our filtration test began with our lab-scaled membrane filter press system, is designed to remove larger particulate matter from the syrup. The raw syrup, with an undetectable turbidity (exceeding 1000 NTU). Undergoes the filtration, the syrup's turbidity drops to approximately 270 NTU, and the resultant filter cake is notably dry.
The second stage of the filtration process involves the use of diatomaceous earth equipment, which focuses on removing finer particles and contaminants that passed through the preliminary stage. This stage is critical in ensuring the syrup's quality and purity.
The syrup undergoes the cardboard sheet with depth filter to remove the minutest impurities, resulting in a product of exceptional clarity and purity. This stage is essential for achieving the high standards required for various industrial applications.

Our final filtration units employ the latest advancements in filtration technology, ensuring the syrup meets stringent quality criteria. The syrup's turbidity was reduced to an impressive 5 NTU, and the filtration process was conducted at a temperature of 70-75 degrees Celsius to maintain optimal syrup consistency and quality.
