Structure of Vertical Leaf Filter

1. Pressure Vessel System

2. Filtration Unit

1. Filtration Stage

2. Discharge Stage

  • Cake Drying: Compressed air/inert gas (0.5MPa) blowing reduces moisture to <20%.
  • Automatic Discharge: Bottom valve opens; cake detaches via gravity/vibration (15-30Hz).

3. Regeneration Stage (Optional)

  • Backflushing: Reverse cleaning fluid injection to restore flux.
  • CIP Cleaning: Hot alkali circulation for sterilization (sanitary-grade applications e.g., edible oils).
