The Fully Automatic Stainless Steel Coating Filter Press for Tailings Treatment is based on the original carbon steel frame, and the whole frame is covered with SUS304 or 316L stainless steel plate to make the frame resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion. It is used in the production environment and is highly corrosive to acid and alkali. Enterprises and industries with high hygiene requirements such as food and pharmaceuticals. Customers can determine the need for SUS304 or 316L stainless steel plates for stainless steel cladding according to different production environments and production processes.

Stainless steel coated filter press, the machine body is covered with stainless steel, the filter plate is made of PP material, used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industry, it can reach food grade, anti-rust and corrosion.
Machine body and frame&plate are made of food grade stainless steel, can install filter cloth or filter paper, fully stainless steel material can withstand high temperature of 250 degrees celsius filter liquid.
The Stainless steel cardboard filter press made by full stainless steel, plate & frame diameter from 100mm to 600mm, the square shape can fully use the same size of filter paper.

"Stainless steel coating" means that the core structural frame of the filter press is built from heavy-duty carbon steel, but the entire exterior is completely clad (covered) in SUS304 or 316L stainless steel plates. This design provides the immense structural strength of carbon steel while offering the extreme acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance of stainless steel. It makes the machine highly durable in harsh environments and very easy to clean for sanitary compliance.
Because of its high resistance to corrosive materials and its hygienic, easy-to-clean exterior, this equipment is ideal for enterprises with strict sanitation requirements or highly corrosive production environments. It is widely used in the food and beverage industry, pharmaceuticals, chemical manufacturing, and heavy-duty applications like tailings treatment.
The machine is fully automatic to minimize manual labor and increase production efficiency. It is equipped with an intelligent PLC control system that manages the operation. It features automatic hydraulic plate shifting to open the chambers and an automatic cake discharging system to drop the solid waste once the filtration cycle is complete.
It depends on your specific process requirements. For the standard "Stainless Steel Coated Filter Press," the frame is coated in stainless steel, but the internal filter plates are typically made of reinforced PP (polypropylene). However, if your production involves very high temperatures (up to 250°C), you can opt for the "Fully Stainless Steel Plate and Frame" version, where both the machine body and the internal plates are made entirely of food-grade stainless steel.
These filter presses operate with a higher feeding pressure ranging from 0.6 to 1.2 MPa, ensuring a very dry filter cake. They are designed for large-scale industrial use, with filter plate sizes available in 1500x1500mm and 2000x2000mm. Depending on the model (from XMZ200 up to XMZ1000), the total filtration area ranges from 200 square meters up to a massive 1,000 square meters per cycle.
