The filter press drip tray system, also known as the filter press automatic drip tray system, water collection tray or liquid collection tray, is a liquid collection device installed below the filter plate. When the filter press is feeding and discharging, the leaked liquid below the filter plate flows into the drip tray and then flows downstream to the water collection tanks on both sides of the filter press, where it flows into the concentration tank.
The automatic drip tray of the filter press is an optional product for the filter press. Its main advantage is that it prevents liquid from flowing into the filtered cake, which can reduce costs and improve efficiency. It is more advantageous to concentrate the washing solution when washing the filter cloth, reducing the labor intensity of workers and better protecting the operating environment.
The working principle of drip tray of the filter press is that the low-speed motor drives the drip tray (automatic water collecting tray) through the coupling, and the drip tray (automatic water collecting tray) is automatically opened and closed by some electrical appliances and inductive switches through program control.
